These services are spiritual in nature and provided for the benefit of
the Muslim community.
2. Religious Nature of Services
- Do not substitute legal procedures required by civil law

Are performed by qualified Islamic scholars, not licensed legal or
medical professionals
Clients must seek appropriate legal or medical counsel for matters
beyond our religious scope.
3. Civil Legal Responsibility
- Nikaah services do not constitute a legal marriage

Talaaq, Khul’a, or Dissolution services do not constitute a legal
divorce
- Arbitration or mediation outcomes are not legally enforceable
You are responsible for compliance with civil requirements including
registrations, filings, or legal documentation.
4. Eligibility and Honesty
Clients must:
- Be Muslim and of sound mind
- Provide full, honest, and transparent information

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information and case details as confidential.
However, we reserve the right to disclose information where:

6. Fees and Payment

- Fees must be paid in advance
- No refunds once a service has started or been completed
