2. Religious Nature of Services

• Do not substitute legal procedures required by civil law
• Are not legally binding unless recognized by a court or legal body
• Are performed by qualified Islamic scholars, not licensed legal or medical professionals

Clients must seek appropriate legal or medical counsel for matters beyond our religious scope.

3. Civil Legal Responsibility

• Nikaah services do not constitute a legal marriage
• Talaaq, Khul’a, or Dissolution services do not constitute a legal divorce
• Arbitration or mediation outcomes are not legally enforceable

You are responsible for compliance with civil requirements including registrations, filings, or legal documentation.

4. Eligibility and Honesty

Clients must:

• Be Muslim and of sound mind
• Provide full, honest, and transparent information
• Not misuse the platform for manipulation, dishonesty, or false claims

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all personal information and case details as confidential. However, we reserve the right to disclose information where:

• Required by law
• There are safeguarding concerns (e.g. abuse, threats)
• Disclosure is necessary to protect individuals or public safety

6. Fees and Payment

• All services are subject to fees (fixed or case-based)
• Fees must be paid in advance
• No refunds once a service has started or been completed
• Any discount or exception is at our discretion

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases where:

• Islamic guidelines are violated
• Abuse, threats, or dishonesty are present
• The matter exceeds our religious advisory capacity

8. Use of Website

• You must not post or submit offensive, harmful, or misleading content
